I haven't seen the 2nd episode yet but I've heard from friends who say the same. I really enjoyed the first episode - it was Top Gear without being Top Gear. I'm hoping I won't be disappointed and think it'll pick up when they actually start doing the epic challenges we all know and love.

I did think although the first episode was good it did have too much of that over the top fake pretend acting but I thought oh well it is just for the yanks who lap that shit up, as the episode was in the USA... guess I was wrong.

Yes was very disappointing first 15 minutes great rest 45 drawn out and just the 3 of them passing about at there worst .
Almost turned it off but just about stuck with it till the end

Episode two was a pile of wank. The whole training town in Jordan was complete bollocks. It was so fucking bad. I was just shaking my head the whole time.

A couple of laughs but that was about it. It started so well with episode 1 but if this is the direction they're taking it then they can fuck off.

Just watched Episode 3, although ridiculously not at all funny celebrity getting killed bit still there, this was much better than dip in episode 2, also no Amrican version of the Stig, thank god.

Did anyone see the beach buggy Christmas special double ep? It really is proper top gear with swearing, I fucking loved it!

Have to agree the special fixed a lot for me, but the show itself is starting to grate me with the same shit every week that is just pointless.

Not a big fan of conversation corner but top gear or now TGT is essentially pointless anyway. When I consider the normal top gears that made me laugh the most which were probably the 2 amphibious ep and the home made campervans with Jeremys leaning tower of citreon they were just as pointless, no? The most recent TGT was pretty funny imo, by no means vintage but I definitely laughed.

It has been made for a much wider audience than just us brits so I can see why many don't like it as much as top gear with them 3 but that era is over and this still smacked the shit out of Evans and his flavor of top gear
