After years of limited gaming, I'm looking to ramp it up a bit and have a decent PC setup. I really used to enjoy Coop Games, so what are the best Coop Games currently available?

Thanks. I'll take a look at both those. The Rainbow Six game looks right up my alley.
I'm a Blizzard whore, so can recommend Overwatch and Heroes of The Storm. Not at all like the Tom Clancy games, so might not fit the bill. But the latter is F2P though, so could be worth trying at least.

Not a huge fantasy fan, so not sure about those but I'll give them the once over, thanks.
Killing Floor 2 is a giggle with a group, quite tough though.

Really depends what kind of genre of games you like, and how many friends you want to play coop with. 2, 4, 8, but most games have up to 4 player co-op support.
Games I would recommend for co-op right now
Science Fiction: Mass Effect Andromeda - 4 Player Horde mode (7 waves vs Easy/Normal/Hard AI)
World War II: Sniper Elite 4 - 2 Player Full campaign co-op support including all dlc missions.
Fantasy: Styx: Shards of Darkness Full 2 player co-op with instant drop in on friends games. (3rd person stealth game can be brutally difficult)
Military Arcade Shooter: TC: Wildlands - 4 Player co-op in mostly 3rd person. Word to the wise this game is "meant" to be played in co-op.. not with the AI team mates period.
Just a few off the top you'll have to tell me what you like, and I can give you a good list of games to check out.

Thanks, I've got plenty to go at there. Killing Floor 2, battlegrounds and Sniper Elite 4 all look interesting. I've already got Wildlands and have enjoyed a few sessions of that so far. I'm going to try Rainbow Six Seige too, so I'll report back when I've tried a few more titles.
Dying Light is worth a look.
Old but good:
Tom Clancy Splinter Cell Conviction & Blacklist...Vegas 2
Dead Space 2 & 3
F.E.A.R 3
Mass Effect 2
Ryse: Son of Rome (hack & slash)

Just a quick update. I've only tried Rainbow Six Siege so far, but I am loving that, so thanks to Wrath for that recommendation. I'm still working my way through the situations, but really enjoying those and have had a few coop games, which were mixed, but hopefully will improve as I do.

Escape from tarkov is another great game if you're into the whole survival/battlegrounds feeling
The game is in alpha right now has some serious potential.. dean hall is likely crying in the bathroom after tarkov was announced lol
Quick vid of someone showing the ability to mod your weapons in tarkov... I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a game with such details.
https://youtu.be/K2dOijKhmh4?t=663
Skip to the 11min mark to see the weapon modding
You can watch the whole video, but I feel like the guy isn't that good.. or he's just too pre-occupied talking about the game.
