hiya im back... again

Just thought Id say hello again, its been about a year since I last tried to come back but as some of you know life gets in the way but hopefully after a few years of utter shite (I know im tempting fate here) i think its fair to say im on top of things now (i've even been writing again so something must be starting to work in the right direction)
