Good evening,

I've had Sky Multiroom for about 6 months and I've now had a letter from them saying that it's not connected but when it was installed there was no phone line installed.

Any ideas what this could be I thought that they could speak to the box through the satellite signals.

I've got broadband but it's not the best because I struggle to use my iPad in where the sky box is and the signal is hit and miss.

Hopefully someone will be able to clear this up.
