      I have just finished the George RR Martin Song of Ice and Fire books and having not read any fantasy for a long time I was really surprised how much I got into them.

      Was going to start on the Jo Nesbo books but my mate recommended the Joe Abercrombie trilogy, 'The First Law' - am about half way through the first book 'The Blade Itself' and am really enjoying that, would definitely recommend it / them

      Finished these they were decent, started on the Malazan Book Of the Fallen series by Steven Erikson - it is 10 books am on #3 atm highly recommended for anyone into fantasy books

      Half way through book 9 of these - have taken a while, almost 6 months . . . . still enjoying them tho

      Just finished these, very good - taken me 8 months!

      half way through the first hunger games book today not bad so far
