    IT IS NOT THE SAME!!!!!

Rape IS an act of violence, statutory rape is at best a misnomer. At the stroke of midnight on her Birthday it suddenly becomes and entirely different thing?

    Just to illustrate

Consentual sex with a minor (over the age of puberty, which is about 13 but differs from person to person) is Statutory rape

"Statutory Rape Is Illegal Sexual Activity Between Two People When It Would Otherwise Be Legal If Not For Their Age: In accordance with the FBI definition, statutory rape is characterized as non-forcible sexual intercourse with a person who is younger than the statutory age of consent. Dating without sexual contact can in no way be considered a form of statutory rape"

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_rape

    Rape however is different

"Rape, also referred to as sexual assault, is an assault by a person involving sexual intercourse with or sexual penetration of another person without that person's consent. Rape is generally considered a serious sex crime, as well as a civil assault."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape

Sex with a minor under the age of puberty (about 13, but again differs) is Child Molestation

Buhahahaha, so you're a psychic paedophile crime fighter? Surely you wouldn't know before the event, unless you were there???? Christ, BB Leo, I'd stop posting before you get yourself into trouble. Next you'll be telling us you've got a history of self-harming.

I'm just trying to understand some of the bollocks you have posted, as usual, it makes no fucking sense at all and as soon as you dig yourself into a hole you start panicking.

I'd go to bed, I think you're a little 'tired'.

I would think if it was a member of the immediate family that done this guy, you could have some empathy on their actions, but it's usually a bunch of idiots looking for any excuse to batter someone when they've run out of beer or drugs and feel if they get nicked the cops will pat them on the back for it.

Its a sorry state of affairs when people openly condone murder and wish worse on somebody when they don't know all the facts.

If you want mob rule, go move somewhere where that kind of shit is acceptable.

As usual I'll await all the usual posts' 'if you had kids you wouldn't post that' etc etc

A mate of mine got accused of rape when he was 16, his g/f was 15.
His G/F elder sister didn't like the fact her sister was sexual active so told her parents who reported it to the police.

Pretty much ruined his life, got expelled from school added to sex offenders register, constantly harassed by people, and police anytime a woman was attacked near us.
