If you must ask, the back end of my mum's car went out on a wet roundabout with an oil spill at around 50mph. Car went into a concrete crash barrier and a chunk about 8-10 inches long just cracked off as the wheel probably made first contact with the barrier.

Funnily enough the worst I ever screwed a set of wheels was the steelies on a micra I had. I wasn't used to such a small car and used to completely cock up parking for a while

Depends on the sort of roundabout, you can easily achieve 70mph if you've got a good view and want the 1st or 2nd exit, 50mph is for learners
