Missing .dvd files

Too many people asking for the .dvd file to go with an .iso so here's a generic one for you.

Unrar it, open it in notepad, it'll read:

LayerBreak=1913760
image.iso

What you need to do eg you have COD3.iso but no COD3.dvd, edit the 2nd line to match the name of the .iso, eg:

LayerBreak=1913760
COD3.iso

Then File > Save As , save it as COD3.dvd and put it in the same dir as your .iso

Hopefully, this should stop all the requests for the missing .dvd file, it's only purpose it to tell your software where the layer break is (it's the same for all games) and then the name of the iso you want to burn.

when i try and open it with notepad it tells me its too big and asks if i want to use another editor??? any ideas m8??

try wordpad, or maybe porchase MS Office with Word 2003 or above.

You're not opening a rar file in note pad are you?

If you're using imgbrn you don't even need a dvd file...go to...

Tools>Settings>Write>User Specified = 1913760

hmmm I cant understand why normally i have no problem burning but when i edit the .dvd file as instructed and burn point clone or imgburn I get a mixed data disc?
