Default expert req - whats this mean?

    Under the test settings/connection options

everything gets confirmed, ie: mtu, dns, IP, connection (wired) etc.. but when it gets to the xbox live setting it says failed? then doesnt give a reason, ive only been able to connect to xbox once before but never again, does anyone know what the issue is?

    thanks,dan

try doing a new gamertag mate, i've got 3 on the go at the mo with the 1 month free trial.

can't understand why you are getting problems.

did you create the gamertag on xbox.com or through your xbox. if you've done it through the web site i've heard there are problems, not sure why but you can never recover your gamertag.

try putting a bit more description into your post and we may be able to help more.

is it adsl / cable ?
is the modem straight into your 360 or into a hub or switch etc
    is it wireless / wired
    make / model modem

    etc etc etc

yes, you will get a free trail.

don't think there is a limit to how many you can have just as long as you have got the hotmail or any other email address, you can't use the same email address twice. all you would be doing is limiting the avaible gamertags
