I can confirm what Deecee's suspected.
The AI of Sega GT 2002 does not work on a European PAL 50Mhz xbox.

Proof:

Ex1: In 50Mhz i lapped other racers on Very Hard mode.
- Changed to 60MHz: ended last.

Ex2: License B test was impossible in 50 Mhz. ( i tried 5 hrs)
- Changed to 60Mhz, passed it on try 2.

My TV does not support 60 Mhz, and many other EU tvs neither.

Get a new telly m8t - a nice big widescreen one as well - u wont regret it :-)

yeh i got a 32" widescreen but when i go uni in 3 weeks i gotta leave it behind :(
