Web Designer needed for small shop.

I need a template using an e-commerce site (Possibly PrestaShop) which can link to my ebay for items, So if its on ebay, its on the e-commerce site and visa versa (Possibly using the ebay API). It's gonna look nice, based around a rough theme I will provide.

i am looking for something very similar (i tried bbk but he's not really doing it now) anyone on here help? its for a shop, maybe 100 items, must be able to add online sales into it at a later date and i must be able to update the stock myself. anyone help please?
