Whats best to use as a cover for the miunimus?
Whats the black tape called that shrinks under heat, for the life of me i cannot remember its name yet ive ordered it loads of time b4.
is that the best stuff to use atm to seal the minimus from any shorts or damage.
or can you buy an off the shelf cheap housing?

Are you on about shrink wrap? I too wouldn't mind doing something for my one.

I'm picking up heat shrink tomorrow with any luck. I already use this stuff on lots of other things and it really is awesome for this sort of project. Only thing is I'm actually contemplating using the AVR board for other things - at least heat shrink is easy to remove though :)

Just heat shrink it with something you can pull out after, that way you have get a blade in to cut it off after?

have a look on ebay for project boxes, i had a load of them years ago when i was messing about with customising PCs and making little PCBs to do pointless things, they may be a bit too big though, looking how small the minimus is.

how small are they? could you build it in to an old PS1 memory card?

they look far smaller than a PS1 memcard, although that would be a cool idea. for a guess they are about 30x15mm.
