Urgent Help Please - Photoshop this pic

Hi all,

I have a pic of my father in law who sadly passed away last Saturday. The missus and I are creating / printing the order of service for his funeral but we would like the pic (which is from his last ever holiday) cropped and just him left. Head and half way down the shoulders and under the guitar on his shirt but not showing the white piping below that.

The problem I'm having is that I cannot make the background look right after chopping the monkey thing out of it. I got rid of the background altogether and the missus didn't like it, so we need anything natural looking in there. I tried moving the wall around and copying it etc but it just looked rubbish.

I have a slightly better quality one if anyone wants it but not much.

Please help!

Sorry for your loss malty :(

Think this is about the best i can do at moment.

rebuilt shoulder where monkey was and redid the the wall behind.
