Droplet.
Thought I would slip quietly into "creative mode" and thought about what to shoot.
I was outside looking for suitable subjects (found one, I'll pop it in later) and before doing the macro played around with selective focusing and a water droplet dripped slowly and carefully onto a petal.
I know the explanation takes a little away from the mysticism of still life creativeness sometimes, but I like to explain my thought process a bit.
Anyway, this was shot against a piece of orange art paper, artificial light (overhead energy saving bulb) and tripod mounted, cable release, live view.
C&C as always.
