Peugeot 106 1.5 Diesel (N 1995)
I currently have my car in at a garage because it won’t start. The garage now seems to think that the fuel pump is the problem. So has anyone got any idea of cost to get this repaired?
I got the feeling that this won’t be cheap!!! :censored

No idea how much m8, but it has to be cheaper than the 4 wheel ornament it is at the moment. :)

Did your pump make a buzzing noise before? The noise usually indicated the fuel pump is on its way out. Did it used to cut out sometimes and you have to turn the engine off then on again?
fuel or injection pump?
id make sure that the fuel solinoid on the injection pump is working correctly. undo the injectors and try and start it to see if theres diesel coming out. also look for any smoke out of the exhaust.
