Itunes 10 and syncing iPhone with two macs
I had this working previously by changing the persistent id key in the music library on the second mac to match the one from the first mac however i have tried doing the same with my new macbook pro and itunes 10 and its not working...
Anyone else got it working??
Re: Itunes 10 and syncing iPhone with two macs
Sorted it, deleted all itunes 10 files including library files and reinstalld itunes 9.2. I then went in and changed the ID in both itunes music library.xml and also itunes music library to the same ID as that of my mac and my iphone could then sync and load music from my macbook pro. I then reupgraded to iTunes 10 and synced the iphone and all was well.....
Woohoo, can you tell i am sitting in bed doing nothing only took me all afternoon to work that one out lol.
I can now sync with two macs and load music, apps etc etc from either so bloody handy out on the road (when i get out that is)
