Update s/w on my 6210

I tried to make a backup of my 6210 v04.08 again last nite, when it had finished, i had a CONTACT SERVICE message on my display, i used rolis 4.78 (build 005) any ideas? when i took the battery off and then on again, i switched it back on and it was fine......

Ive had it backing up again, and its just finished, ive got the same contact service error back, cany anyone help?

i wanna take it up to the 5.57 version, as when i get txt from certain numbers, the phone will lock, forcing me to rip off the battery and put it back to get it working again.

any one please help?
