good god that is an ugly back ground m8 :p: maybe try for sommat a lilttle less crowded (makes the text a bit hard to read.. maybe just me)
instead of putting the links at the top, make a frame page and put all the links into a side nav bar or sommat..
that way u can ave a main page and u can put ur contact details and/or addy in the nav bar too, and it will be there for the users full duration on the site...
other than that, i think u just need to work on yer layout and the way it looks like fonts and get ur other links up and running etc..
