Looks like a new firmware is out, read on ps3 hax that nintendo have blocked the exploit that would have no doubt led to homebrew and piracy.
Best not to update if you are looking for homebrew and/or legal backups etc!
edit: Devs are now sayings its safe, and their exploit still works... keep an eye on gbatemp and ps3hax wii u section for those that are interested
