Mep code from a blackberry 8820

I'm trying to get the mep from this bb , I'm on a iPad so can't use software.
Anyone got any ideas ?, I know there was a website you could enter in details from the phone.
My boys going to France with the school and he's not allowed to take his iphone .
and I want to unlock it to work on giffgaff .
