Iphone 5 16GB + charger and original box. Minor cosmetic 'damage'

I have a Iphone 5 16GB in black for sale. £100 DELIVERED. Has minor cosmetic damage but nothing major - no deep scratches or cracks. Has charger and original box

If it was bought direct from Apple it will be unlocked, if bought from a third party then it will be locked to the provider whose sim was installed when registered first.

it was bought from an EE store so it would be locked to EE then.

If registered to them, it is possible when new to put a different provider sim in which it will then lock to.
