help! code for ford 2005 radio

can anyone help me ?. i had a fault with my cars alarm system and had to take battery off to reset,in doing this i have been shut out of the stereo. it,s a ford 2005, FD 2005 L 0789871 89FB-18K876-AB C052456. thanks in advance to anyone able to help also as i'am locked out how do i put in code. all i get is 3 dots in a row.
