u can always set it up on geocities they nearly do it all for u m8

What do you want to do with your site? Take that as a starting point and then take it from there, Do you really need your own domain or will one attached to say geocities do?

the situation is this, my m8 lives with his brother.
His brother, when pissed up is hilarious, wot we want 2 do is make a site were we can have a direct link 2 sum sort ov digi camera n broadcast wot he gets up2.
obv itd involve swearing, farting, drinking and the occasional violent threats but were adamant that providing we could get a host itd work, uve really gota see his elvis impressions 2 understand.
suppose itd be something along the lines ov the live link fro the big brother house.
the problem is i have no prior knowledge ov the whole setting up a website thing, we dont mind payin a bit ov money out 2 get xtra space 2 broadcast n stuff but we really need sum1 2 give us the basic idea ov who is reliable n would let us do this type of thing. also any ideas of good recording equipment that we could link to the pc would be a great help.

One thing I've found with completely free host sites (I used Netfirms personally) is reliability, bandwidth and download restrictions - they're fine for home-page stuff but if you wanna do something as cool as you want to do with yours then I think a free host might be a little dodgy ;)

cheers tef89, u ne ideas ov who would b gud 2 use for this "project", like i say we dont mind paying money if its gonna be worth it.
