PS2 package to swap for upgraded xbox

Hi

I am looking for an upgraded xbox (recent generation chip e.g xecuter 2.3) with samsung dvd drive, minimum 120gb hdrive, official dvd remote and 4 official S pads plus scart cable (hardrive LED mod and dolby digital out mod would also be a bonus but by no means essential).

I have a PS2 console with dvd remote, dvdx multiregion disc, training day dvd, 4 official dual shock pads, official multitap, vertical stand, 2 official mem cards (1 ps2, 1 ps1), official broadband internet connector with cat 5 cable, rf cable, scart cable, 3 demo discs and the following games (all originals):
PS1 (1) - Streetfighter alpha 2
PS2 (8) - Fifa 2004, SSX 3, Tony Hawks Underground, Tony Hawks 4, Tony Hawks 3, Wipeout fusion, Grand Theft Auto 3 and Crazy Taxi
