I'm reading about this update but i don't fuily understand it. It comes up in the control panel as an optional update.
Obviously I want a secure OS but I don't want the windows 10 nag thing install. Im running win7 Ultimate

If you want "secure" don't worry about optionals. Just do critical ;)
