Drobofs - forgotten user/pw
Forgotten the pw, think I know the user. Stupidly haven't updated the firmware/dashboard as there's a reset function with serial no. and contacting support.
I've contacted Dropbox support to see if there's anything they can do but wonder if anyone here might be able to help. I can still connect to the drobo and it logs in via finder (OS X Yosemite) and I think guest account is disabled (can't tell as can't log in) so I'm guessing the user/pw is stored somewhere - anyone got any ideas (other than don't be a dumb arse and forget my credentials)?
Re: Drobofs - forgotten user/pw
if finder logs in automatically then the credentials should be saved to your keychain so you could try this :)

Re: Drobofs - forgotten user/pw
Yup tried looking in the keychain but nothing that looks like it - but as you say that's the logical place it would be. Might be able to get round this as haven't upgraded laptop to Yosemite so still auto signs in, can upgrade software (hopefully) and recover.
Also yosemite on on a Mac mini, fucking memory hog. Open one or two things and 4gb used and its swapping - need to upgrade to 8gb... Yet more expense on supposedly backward compatible stuff (said 4 was fine, think 2 is min)
