We probably all know that we spend too much time on our computers and phones but that video really makes you realise how much we could be missing out on our real lives by swapping it for a virtual world. I spend too much time on the computer and do feel better when I have spent time doing something useful. Just glad that when away from my computer the only thing I use my phone for is making and receiving calls. (">
