How do I send an IPMO?

Hi guys n gals,

I have just won an auction in e-bay, but I have to pay the fella (In the States) by IPMO. I have no idea how I do this, as there are lots of wheelers and dealers here, I thought it would be the perfect place for help.

The fella also accepts bidpay, but I can't get to the final bit of that, so it seems that an International Postal M.O. is the only way. I just need to know how I do it. (Is it done at the bank, or post office or what!?)

Jus nip down to the post office and get one then send it off....Not sure if they charge a small amount it its to another country, I know its free if its UK currency, but if they do charge it will only be few pennies from ur purse :)
