End of cheap downloads?

I have tried changing the region on my xbox one to hongkong and buying Cod advanced war fighter but get an error saying payment method now allowed, I have used this method for the last two games I have bought so its seems they have put a stop to it :(

I assume the 2 games you bought previously still work?

Yeah both still work, tried debit card and credit card

Just added $50 to my xbox one usa account this morning using target.com (paypal & email delivery) still works credit card on hong kong has been knobbled but you can buy play asia.com hk dollars but not much more using prepaid usa dollars. So much for region free lol. another 360 again.
