That's an upscanning one - I would look for a modded component cable or hack up your own

do I have color??? with my nstc gcn and my panasonic PanaSync Sl95 ( 120Hz)???

if its 60hz capable then using an rgb scart you will get colour on your tv, if you are using a vga box then you need to check that your tv has a svga input (some do, but not many)
