Copy Data from Fields on one Web Page paste to Another Web Page?

Hi guys is there anyway that I can do this quickly?

I have a woo commerce site and I wanted to be able to quickly copy name and address tel details etc from the order page and paste it into the corresponding fields on parcelforces website for entering delivery details.

surely there some kind of script applet that can do this?

Does parcelforce accept csv file uploads?
I export my orders through woocommerce to evri via csv upload but the Royal Mail site has built in Intergration.

I have never used parcel force so I’m not sure how theirs works.
but if need be you can copy the whole shipping details from the order page anyway.
