My wife can't phone my mobile from hers
I know some of you might like to have this problem!
Anyway here's what the problem is, my wife can't phone my mobile from her mobile when she dials my nunber it goes straight to call ended on her phone and all so on here phone it says "conditional call forwarding" I don't have call forwarding enabled, she is on O2 and I am on Lebara before I joined Lebara I was with three and she couldn't phone me then either.
This has been a problem for sometime it only became more of a problem over the weekend when I was out and she needed to contact me.
We both have Samsung phones she has a S22 and I have a S20FE 5g, before this she had a S9 and I had a S7 and the problem existed then as well.
She spoke to O2 support this morning and they said everything was OK their end and I spoke to Lebara support this afternoon and again they said there was no problem their end and it was O2's problem not theirs!
Can anyone shed any light on this or have any thoughts?
Other things we have done is delete all of the blocked numbers in both of our phones and still no joy.

Don’t you use whatsapp?
you can use most services now for audio calls. Messenger, Facebook, whatsapp and all the others are on it too now.
No excuse for not answering while your in the pub anymore.

Done all of that before I even posted, yes we could use whatsapp etc if we both can get 3/4g where I was the internet was shit, unless I went out side in the open I was getting what looked like "C" above my mobile signal and just trying to use google to search was painfully slow.

Her number isn't in a block list on your phone?
I have blocked numbers on mine that does exactly what you describe. (although iphone)
try withholding the number then calling.

There are two ways to unblock:
Step 1. Navigate to and open the Contacts app, and then tap the contact you wish to unblock.
Step 2. Tap More options (three dots), and then tap Unblock contact.
Step 3. Alternatively, you can navigate to and open the Phone app. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Settings.
Step 4. Tap Block numbers, and then tap the Delete icon to remove the corresponding phone number from your Block list.

Nope deleted all of my blocked numbers.
I will try with her withholding her number

Tried putting 141 in front of my mobile number and still the same, goes straight to call ended.

Try swapping sims and see if it still happens.
If it doesn’t then it’s a setting on the phone.

When I am in my car some numbers without the +44 prefix do the same, I have to change them in my phone to start with +44 rather than a zero then alls good..
It only seems to effect some number for some reason..
