ps:and for those uninformed about this scenario this is how it goes.
belial offered me a gamecube for £150 which i agreed i asked him to keep a hold of it for me, he agreed...But had already advertised it on ebay so i asked him to cancel the ebay ad and i would send him the money. The reason I retracted from the deal is that belial had not withdrawn his ebay ad but still continued to to persue the deal with me, so I got a little wary and decided to pull out of the deal, which was no disrespect to him but simply a case of cautiousness on my behalf after being ripped off twice before.
those are the facts for those who are curious. I hope that those who I have had dealings with in the past here are not dismayed by this.
oh and please think b4 you post things like PM ME FOR DETAILS it does,nt do any one any justice without an explanation belial. dont state things behind peoples backs give them a chance to defend themselves before you judge them to others i.e: in a thread not a PM

fair enuff m8, perhaps I shouldn't have said PM me for details, but I certainly didnt want to post a big thread on exactly what he did to me and it seems this other guy who did PM me. To me that would have definitley bee seen as slating him, something in PM's with him he really did not approve of.
I wasn't happy with a sale I was doing with him, on the basis of that you'd rather I started a big flame thread about KD? I'm sure he and I certainly wouldn't want to air our dirty laundry in public in such a manner m8.
As for who the **** I am, check my posts, yeah i'm new, but i'm not somebody who's here to cause trouble or just reply to threads with simple one-word answers either m8.

Technically indeed that is what happens, however what you are neglecting to tell people is I told you on several occassions I was not going to cancel the auction until i'd received cash off you as there was nothing to stop you making me cancel the auction and then not sending me the cash. You can see from my ebay Rating (50+) that i'm a trusted seller so the whole thing about being weary about the deal doesn't cut it m8.Quote:

Also the auction didn't close for 3 days until after you said you were putting the cash into my account, the first time you said your girlfriend forgot to put the cash in, after that you said you were doing it next day, but never did then nothing, not even the decency to tell me you weren't going through with the deal. And when I call you on your mobile you conveniently have your battery run out immediatley after I tell you who I was!
Had you have actually bothered to tell me the deal was off or not have the ordacity to hang up on me on the phone things would not have got to this point m8.

the guy he did the "exchange" with got a ban for spamming when he posted a complaint in several forums (copy posted in scambusters to see what was said), but he's been allowed back and is now lurking under a new name ;), kingdong has not been allowed back.
oh and nokia is allowed back, but hes been told to calm it a bit with the bs that got him banned last time, however he got a rave review for a trade in swap shop the other day.
