safe to update wii? from 4.1e to ?
Fitted a wiifree chip about a year ago and now the little one wants to play pokepark
curretly on 4.1E
She hardly plays the wii only when a new pokemon game comes out
should i update? is it safe?
EDIT
Worked in NEOGAMMA JOB DONE - Forgot i did all the homebrew stuff ;)
Re: safe to update wii? from 4.1e to ?
4.2 offers nothing that 4.1 doesn't - Also the update may effect the modchip as 4.2 & 4.3 were anti-piracy updates.

You can try a program called Wii brick blocker in the future
As I was in the same boat a few days back with my daughter and she wanted to play some new stuff and I was a bit worried about Super Mario Galaxy 2 trying to update but the brick blocker more or less patches the ISO file so it doesn't update so all good for now.
Neogamma 9 works fine for most newer games nowadays and even now boots Gamecube discs no problem now..

I would install Priloader. It allows you to block all disc and net updates
