Id sim only £3.99pm seems pretty good.
The wife’s contract expired on EE so we cancelled it and found a cheap sim only deal.
looking about I can’t find anything near this price.
£3.99pm
500 mins
5000 texts
500mb data (rolls over if not all used)
Oh it’s capped too so she can’t spend 100s of pounds on a bill.
she doesn’t use more than 200mb data in a month so it’s a bargain and ideal.
they do other plans with more data etc and use the three network so a good signal here.

- Unlimited minutes
- Unlimited texts

My children are both on ID and had no trouble.
Rolled over data only lasts for the next month, but that shouldn't bother you.
Also got cash back when signed up and it is only a one month contract.

All our kids are on Tesco with sim only.
might move them all over if it’s any good.
Re: Id sim only £3.99pm seems pretty good.
We have an ID Contract. They are terrible! We didn't set a limit on the Data thinking 3GB would be perfect seeing as on the Wifi when indoors and the minute she (daugther) went over her allowance, they started charging for the Data used, but we got no alert, nothing. Daughter probably did on her phone, but chose to do what all kids do and keep it quiet. We had her pegged on a £19 per month tariff, but due to adiction to Snap Chat and YouTube, she chalked up a bill of £46!
We phoned and complained and all they could do for us was cap each month of a guaranteed spend of an extra fiver. I wanted it to stop working altogether.
By capping at a fiver for the duration of the 2yr contract, they've technically scored a further £120 out of us.
Crooks in my opinion. Tread carefully.
Fill your boots on a few of these. Mines there somewhere.

I’m the total opposite, find three excellent where I am and struggled with O2.
It amazes me I can be in the remotest mountains of America or Thailand or even at fucking sea and get great reception, yet in the U.K. we still struggle to get reception on all networks.

It is piss poor.
I was on Giff Gaff (which use O2), fantastic network but then a mast fucked up near where I live. Promise after promise of fixing it went by.. after about 6 months I gave up. Tried 3 briefly who were just as bad and ended up going with EE who I have always considered shit but just happens they are perfect for where I live and visit. Get full 4G pretty much everywhere.
Re: Id sim only £3.99pm seems pretty good.
It’s a 30day contract so if they piss me off they can do one. ;)
Re: Id sim only £3.99pm seems pretty good.
@ DejaVu: All android phones I've used have a feature where you can tell the phone your bill date, and set a data warning, and when to totally shut off data.
Re: Id sim only £3.99pm seems pretty good.
Bought one of these too through uSwitch. It's 2.25GB/250Min/5000Txt for £5 a month on a 30 day rolling deal which I thought was decent. Been with Three since 2010 but at the end of my contract now and they can't compete with that offer.
Will be using it with the OnePlus 5 that I've had since launch in June last year, outstanding phone.
