Default Reporting someone for Credit Card Debt

I want some revenge on a guy who stiffed me last March.

To give you some history, he ran in to the back of my parked car on the Sunday night and ran off into his house. I reckon he was pissed but I didn't call the police (dunno why). I went to his door but he sent his wife out to reverse the car out of the arse of mine. He was emigrating to Spain on the Thursday so he avoided me for 4 days until he moved leaving me to claim from my own insurance which sent my premiums rocketing as it was the third claim in 2 years. As you can imagine I was really pissed off.

I've just learned he's moved back here as things didn't work out as planned in Spain.

My first thought was to track him down and give him a hiding but he's a lot smaller than me and I thought even although he's a cunt that would be taking liberties.

I have found out through a third party that he moved to Spain to get away from his debts which amounted to about 80k. I've been told it was an effort to shake off the debt collectors.

Do you think it would be shitty if I grassed him up?

The thing is you could do it and nothing will probably happen anyway, why not take a civil case against him for the damaged car, he probably won't attend court, get ruled against and then you can get the guys from don't pay we'll take it away to clean him out.

TAs you didn't report the car issue I don't think you can actually do anything about that now.
wouldnt it just be your word against his?

I would grass him up but I'm a Cnut.

I've been thinking about grassing him up but wouldn't know where to start.

I keep changing my mind though thinking I might regret it.

If hes got 80 grand of debt, no point taking him to court mate, even if you win you will be at the end of a very long list.
You could grass him up, he took major liberties, but would it make you feel any better
Shitty thing to do, I reckon you were right, he must have been pissed on the night. I hate the Old Bill, but I would have told him get out here now, or I would have called them
