Good to here Ian. Lets hope it has a positive outcome and the driver gets what is due.

Cheers mate. So I've filled out the online statement and sent that off and two visually unedited clips with no audio as they require (so took out the annotations and removed the fading).
Hope I don't have to bloody attend a court hearing though... just deal with the guy and be done

If you want to turn right like me, why not simply wait a few seconds?

Muppet having a near miss, I caught up to him a bit further on and pointed to my dash cam so he pulled over (urban clearway so I didn't stop and went round him). He then pulled along side as we got stuck in traffic at a roundabout whining at me when I said I was reporting him. He reckoned I he didn't know the overtaking section was so short and that apparently I'm not allowed to have a dashcam in my car and go round videoing people LOL. I told him I need one because of idiots like him - then he went racing away and cutting more people up at the roundabout.Spoiler:

I'm not like you lot with your posh Dash Cams, but I've just got hold of a decent Dash Mount for my phone and an app that records constantly when connected to a trusted Bluetooth device. DailyRoads Voyager on Android.
Seen many a knob 'ed on the road lately (I know because I used to be one!) and am getting in on some of this sharing action.

My daughter is with me in the car (the passenger) and because she is learning to drive, she tries to be aware of other road users as a way of learning about them too. She spotted this as I did, but it's what she says that amuses me as much as the inattentive driver of the blue truck...

Amused me a bit... but I suppose the potential for road rage existed.....
The little blue car wanted to get past the big blue, but he wasn't having that... Then at the next set of lights, he went to tell Little Blue a thing or two....

This happened a couple of years back. Some daft girl pulled right out in front of me and was laughing as she drove past me. I was furious and reported her to the police and gave them a copy of the video with her registration number. They said she was being prosecuted but they may just have told me that to keep me quiet.
Excuse the poor video quality. It was filmed from my first dashcam which was a shitty eprance thing.

Update on this: Cheshire constabulary advised they would not be going ahead with charges because the original footage minus the annotations, they could not get to play and because it was submitted past the 3 days their submission form advises. Bit of a cop out that because it doesn't matter whether it was 3 days or not, the darn footage was there and they cannot expect people to be able to submit footage within 3 days all the time... people do go away for more than 3 days at a time. 30 days would have been more feasible.
Anyway.... here's a couple of videos I hadn't posted.
Watch this dipshit drive the wrong way down a dual carriageway. I moved over to the offside lane to get a better look before moving back. Nothing else around me.

None to clever were they Ian?
Red light jumpers were shocking!
I passed an incident on the way home from work - young lady involved in some kind of RTA with her bike (I think) but no idea if it involved any other vehicle...
Didn't look to injurious - hopefully at worse it was just the shock of something having happened.

Biker pulls wheelie - no helmet, just a bandana...
Spoiler:
This is the scourge that is plaguing Britain at the moment. North face ninjas on scrambler bikes pulling wheelies, no helmets, no regard for the public. We have them in Liverpool, Manchester and pretty much most other city in the UK.
...and you can guarantee when one crashes and dies, you always get someone who says "But he was someone's son" in response to someone expresses satisfaction at their demise.
