anyone had electronic first website blocked after a dispute ?

brought a 12 month xbox live sub from electronic first, all went well got code emailed to me, but code would not work was getting error wrong region, the listing for the sub was advertised as region worldwide as long as you use the link they provide to redeem it, link seems legit as it auto signs me into xbox, so I contact electronic first customer service and they ask me to try another link to redeem, but didn't work so the last email they sent me was we are refunding you please wait 24hrs, ok fair enough it don't work I'm getting my money back, I go to there website to try and buy the slightly more expense code which is region global, but in greeted with "error 502"
