Don't touch talk talk with a barge pole. Utter shit.

Good ones I have used, PlusNet, BT, Sky.

None of them used capping when I used them but some blocked certain things a cheap VPN solves this for you as I find ISP's constantly chop and change what they block so might change a month after you signup.
VPN can be had for about ?30 a year if you look around.

I am now out of contract so looking around myself atm.

Cheapest deal seems to be from Vodafone but I have heard horror storied about their CS so might keep looking or just wait for a better offer to come along.

    Thanks to piggzy

I wanted to switch from BT to Voda but after signing up with Voda, BT offered me a retention deal to stay. I cancelled the Voda order but they forgot to tell OpenReach. Long story short, I got cut off just before Christmas and got reconnected to BT last week - all because of Vodas cock up.

Mistakes happen, but the number of lies I got told by Voda CS was amazing. Almost everyone told me different things so yes, you are right to question their CS!

    2 Thanks given to wadgey

Have just seen BT's new G.Fast is appearing in an increasing number of exchanges. Sadly not mine.
    G.Fast offers either 160MB/30up or 330MB/50 up.
Pricing seems only a few quid more the Infinity 2.

Hopefully my exchange will get hooked up at some point this year. Not worried as happy with my 80/20 for now.

    Thanks to piggzy

Do you know if GFast performs better over Aluminum TrueBlue924 ???
Or is there a way the residents in an area using alu can get a petition up to get it removed etc ???

Doesn't effect me but is effecting 100's literally the other side of the road.

Thanks for any info you can provide.
