    Default Paddington Station

This photo was one of several I rescued from some garages that were about to be demolished way back in the eighties. They were all train related and all of them except this one were pretty grim, showing derailments and crashes. I scanned this one and cleaned it up.

Last year I decided to research this particular picture and find out where it was and if it still existed. After chatting to a few people online who were up on their train stuff, we decided that the most likely location was Paddington Station. So off I went to see if I could find a match.

This is the outside view of the original picture.

And this is the inside view. The room (a ticket office) has now been cut in half and the section I gained access to is now a Paperchase.
