    Shit Black Panther

As a massive Marvel and DC comics fan i was seriously looking forward to watching this new movie, especially given all the hype it's receiving.

I don't think i've ever not liked any comic book film, well maybe Green lantern and the Fantastic four were weak but they were still watchable.

But where do i start with Black Panther?

Could it be the terrible story, so so action scenes, shockingly wooden acting, or even the laughable accents used by the actors, believe me there are lots of negatives to choose from.

This is just my opinion and you may well enjoy it but i give it a steaming pile of cack rating of 2/10. avoid.

    3 Thanks given to ilscuro

Great to have an honest review, I feel it’s been hyped up loads.

Took my two kids yesterday. I would say it's at the mid / lower end of the Marvel scale. Andy Serkis was good and I thought the bad guy had justification for a change but other than that you've seen it all before. I have an idea on why it's getting rave reviews, similar reason to Wonder Woman's rave reviews.

    Thanks to TJB

I found it average too, not terrible but no where near the hype. Went to see it in IMAX which felt a waste.

Never even heard of it and looking in here I wont bother wasting my time

Not really into the whole Marvel DC thing tbh , I looked forward to Deadpool and felt that was a bit of a let down.

All those giving it a negative review must be racist. Nazi cunts.

I also hated it, and asked for a refund, but not because I’m racist. I’d never heard of it before, so when I turned up at the local Showcase one afternoon last week, I saw ‘Black Panther’ up on the list of films and became very excited. I immediately demanded two tickets from the daydreaming and disinterested ticket clerk (for me and my mum, screen 6, row E, seats 08 & 09), then went to the concession stand and loaded up on snacks, drinks and the inevitable diabetes.

We lasted just long enough to finish the nachos, hotdogs and ice cream (we took the pick and mix, popcorn, skittles, galaxy caramel bites and starburst home) and then walked out. No armed robberies, kidnappings or murder. And I think they’d cast Martin Freeman in the lead role? Now, there’s a passing resemblance and he’s reasonably versatile, but as ‘The Black Panther’? I don’t think so.
