    Got a budget of around £200....any suggestions as to what I should be looking for feature wise?

    1080p or 4K ??, low response time 1ms, , what size 20" - 37" refresh rate 144hz or higher, Gsync enabled ?? panel technology ips, lcd

    For £200 you should be able to get yourself a 27" IPS 2560X1440 monitor. Forget 4K at that price point and forget 4K unless you have some serious graphics card grunt.

    I got this one a few months ago as a stop gap until ultrawide's come down in price.

    my 14-year-old bought 2 of these 27 inch £180 at pc world, cracking almost frameless Acer

    I would VIEW in PissyWorld but buy online, you'll get it cheaper and you won't get the cheeky fookers trying to sell you a used one as a new one.

    Go for 144hz if you have the muscle to back it up. It looks incredible when playing with high frame rates.

    DAMMIT! i wish i had seen this earlier. just bought the ACER KG271 Full HD 27" 1080p one from PC World today....

    tempted to take it back now...
