    Default TESTO FUEL ETC ETC

In all honesty, do any of these things actually work? I've set myself up a little gym, getting my diet together and going to start some basic training..
as most people probably do I've seen these testo supps etc everywhere..but do they work if you eat properly and train correctly(well, best as I can)?
Does anyone have any advice on these or other products please?

Mis read the thread title as Tesco Fuel, was gonna comment about it not doing your car's insides much good in the long run... Could probably say the same about these suppliment type things.

lol..ok, joined the forum and reading up, so none of these things actually have any benefit at all? how can they be sold if it doesn't actually provide some benefits while training?
anyone got any sample diet advice please?
so far I'm eating eggs(omelettes, scrambled) porridge, chicken and fish, spinach, broccoli etc, brown rice. wholemeal bread and some potatoes, the odd fry up here and there and started lots of water...
    many thanks

Get yourself some whey protein to make up your daily protein intake, I tend to have one before bed and before a workout which makes things easier.

Iv'e tried lots of different proteins but always end up going back to myprotein or body building warehouse as they are cheap and half decent also look out for offers as they always have some sort of deal on.

Good luck with the training at home, i just couldn't make it work and ended up selling all my equipment and joining a local gym which works better for me....

    BTW
Creatine is worth a look when you get into the swing of things, it defo helps...

well, tbh I need to lose the belly!! it' getting a bit out of hand so that's the main focus but I'd like to build a bit of muscle too..not too much but enough to look good and get some fitness and strength back..
Joined the website and been having a read up and diet along with whey protein seems to be a good starting point..
the idea of starting at home was the fear of the gym and not fitting in..I know everyone starts somewhere but until I felt a little more confident in my shape I wouldn't go in..may ound daft to some people but that's how I fell about gyms..

I'll be buying some whey protein tomorrow and someone even suggested one that's in home bargains of all places..

    https://proteindynamix.com/

if not that I'll look at bulkpowders, the protein works offerings..

The vanilla whey protein sold in Lidl isn't too bad either, I've been making it up with skimmed milk then using that to make porridge so it takes away the usual porridge blandness (unless you add load of sugar!!). As for not fitting in etc then most people seem to have headphones in and are in a world of their own anyway so wouldn't worry about it.

    Thanks to hoponbaby

You should just drop in at your local gym and ask for a look round i think you will be surprised, there is all shape and sizes and there's not many that haven't got a belly, like hoponbaby said most have headphones in anyways and in there own zone....

If i had to do it all over again i would have booked my first few sessions with a personal trainer as it would made me more confident and got me upto speed much quicker.

    Thanks to JONNYG
