    Default Scotch

Been dabbing in and out of this habbit for the past 2 years, current favorites single malt wise are oban 14 and Balvenie 12 DW (This might change as I have a few more to open), for a blend i don't mind Green Label and Crown Royal XO. I've heard alot about Japanese Whisky but I haven't touched anything yet.

Biggest mistake so far seeing a bottle of Laphroaig Quarter Cask for sale ($50 CAD). That fucking smell, the peat makes the house smell like a camp fire..rank shit.

2nd Biggest mistake was getting into this hobby, its addictive but fuck me its expensive. Pictures of collections are welcome!

I voted peat but tbf I like both equally.

My number 1 customer is an old chap 85 years old lives not far from me and I help him with his IT needs with his home office setup as he is currently writing his memoirs.

He is one of the Founder owners of Milroys of Soho in London who are well known as at the time one of world best whisky experts and wholsalers/retailers.
The shop is still open but he sold it about 7 or 8 years ago I think.

Hi stories are fantastic. About 12 months ago I asked him if I could buy a bottle of Whisky for my old mans wedding anniversary off him.
In the end we agreed I wouldnt charge him for the couple of hours work I did in exchange for a bottle from his collection.

I assumed he must have given me a £30-£40 bottle. When I googled it he gave me this £165 bottle ....

Really interesting bloke. Cant wait to read his memoirs. He has flown whisky to the King of Jordan and stayed in his palace. Japanese royalty... etc

His old shop in London, if youre interested.

    Thanks to piggzy
