Weird Princes Corned Beef in tins

When you've finally managed to open it with the stupid fucking key...

Is it best to slice the corned beef "cold" having been kept in the fridge, or "warm" when kept in a cupboard? How do you slice yours? Is it easiest from the fridge, or the cupboard?

    Asking for a friend.

    Immediately after you've opened it:

    Turn tin upside down
Slide corned beef from tin onto plate
    Pick up plate
    Move to kitchen bin
    Open kitchen bin
Scrape that nasty shit into the kitchen bin
Give your head a shake for buying that rank stuff.

    Slice cold is the easiest.
I don’t keep it in the fridge until it’s been opened though, so first few are always room temp.

Once opened slice onto bread and cover with salad cream. cover with a second slice of bread.
    Cut in half and devour.

mashed into mashed potato is always a winner for me too.

Fried Corned beef or Spam fritters with mash or chips and Fray Bentos steak and kidney pie in the round tin , used to live off that sort of stuff in the 60's

Cornbeef and onion sandwich are amazing.
Room temp or the stuff out of the ready cut packets from the fridge.
Fried bacon grill is a winner too.
Lots of my repairs and pictures of retro stuff on my twitter.
