This has now been escalated internally to our Remedy Implementation Team.
"Remedy Implementation Team" What the fuck is that! I'm guessing some sweaty little blokes in cheap suits got paid a lot of money to come up with that nugget.
Start to ask for you're money through twitter as it's more public, I bet they soon send the cheque.
Worth a try.
That's a shame as companies respond quick on twitter due to the bad publicity.
Cancelled with them 2 days after I took out contract as they couldn't guarantee that my VPN would work so that I could work from home.
Account was closed and I thought everything was ok, till I browsed my bank payments and they was still taking money out.
I closed my bank direct debit down, but then the next month I got a threatening letter, saying my services will be restricted.
Next month I got a letter stating they had taking over £20 out of my account, but if I don't re-open my direct debit they were passing me to debt agencies.
Numerous hours on the phone got me talking to muppets that didn't care or promised me to get it fixed. but nothing came of it
got banned for going onto their Community forums and giving out advice to hundreds of people going through the same issues as me
I passed this onto the Ombudsman that agreed that plusnet were in the wrong, and I was told by them that I would get my full money they stole for the monthly payments and a £50 grat bonus.
PlusNet had 14 days to initiate this, I got a letter on the 14th day telling me its being initialized and a cheque will be on its way in 7 days.
Its now the 7th day and guess what no check, the postman has been and there is nothing from PlusNet.
I have informed Jake at their Customer services that if this cheque isn't here by tomorrow I will be taking PlusNet to Court.
Monday morning I will be initiating litigation.

i had a billing issue as the direct debit didnt work for some reason so they sent me an email saying i owed £1.46
I was on hold for 27 minutes just waiting to get through
47 minutes on the phone to sort out a poxy £1.46
