Default Anything I can use an old Acer Revo R3610 for?

Just dug one out of the cupboard, capable little multimedia machine in its day, but just wondering if I could put it to use for anything now? It was upgraded with a 500gb hybrid drive, 4gb of RAM and Windows 10.

Seems a shame to scrap it, but I've got no idea what else to do with it, inspire me!

You could still use it as a media box, I used to use mine with Kodi but I now only really use Plex to access my own media and my TVs have that app built in. It could be used to run a VPN proxy if that was of any interest by connecting it to your VPN of choice then setting up as a proxy server (I can check what software I have used in the past for this if you like). SSDs are so cheap now if you just wanted it as a slim PC to access media rather than actually store it then that would speed it up too.

Maybe even see if it runs retroarch so you can play retro games and it may even run ePSXe for PS1 games too.

Probably low powered so could be used for torrents with a VPN & pulling all the latest TV shows you watch.

Kodi, Downloading box, Emulators etc. - as old as they are now I think you could still get some milage out of it
You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Still use two of these for Kodi, running Ubuntu 18.10.

To be honest though a Pi or Firestick does the same job these days, and consumes less power!
