    TV BT blocking IPTV streams

    Anyone else having issues with their IPTV not working using BT as ISP?

    I watched all of 5 mins of the arsenal game and it went off. IPTV service is fine, use my mobile and itís fine on 4G. Even when using WiFi hotspot and connecting my mag box that works.

    Just using BT connection to the internet no streams work. And I have several providers so itís not one specific block I think.

    Tried fucking with DNS settings. Homehubs are locked down so no DDWRT for using a VPN service.

    Cunts.

    Sure it will work if I can get my vpn onto my router. Not gonna happen with a homehub, so will need to acquire another router.

    I’m on bt and mines running fine!
    Sounds silly but have you rebooted the router?

    Sometimes we can’t load certain webpages but a quick reboot and it’s solved.

    It sneakily came back on as soon as the football ended. Its BT for sure, and affected at least 4 IPTV providers.

    Tried playing with dns settings, but made no difference. All I could do at the time.

    Its fucking smart tbh. Cutting the block as soon as the game ends, because now thereís no block for people to try and stop now until next premiership game.

    @mickey, no that wonít work.
    @teajunkie, no that wonít work.

    IPTV is a game of cat and mouse. We all know that, just this is new to me.
