    Default TDEE

Any ideas how to get the best TDEE numbers?

I've used several calculators, and they al give me different ranges! (400-900 calories range!)

That's the most comprehensive one I've used.

I can't get my head around how eating 2899 calories a day, and my usual work out is better for me than eating circa 2,000 a day that I do now.

It does nothing to teach you about portion control and eating sizeable meals, lots of forum talk about eating massive meals to get your calories up etc.

Anyone have any experience with this?
