    Default Business Laser Printer solution

Hi, looking for some info on a laser printer/printers for business use.
Are there any reasonably priced with good print/toner yield? genreal print use for invoices, print orders etc. Colour preferred.

or is there a kind of lease service for the printer that provides the printer and ink/toner as needed for a fixed cost?

    many thanks in advance

I use for personal use a HP MPF M277DW which i picked up second hand from a home business.
It has a small foot print for a laser printer, supports double sided printing has a built in scanner. Lots more features, but i dont use them.
Cheap toners also available on Ebay.

It all depends on the volume of prints you're putting through it. I use a OKI610 (now superseded). The genuine toners and replacement image drums are around 100 each, which at first seems steep but cost per print is very low. A small printing firm next door to me lease their OKI A3 printers and they say it's cheaper than buying.

Depends on how many pages your going to print.
A laser printer is better for business use and far more economical.

If you are just printing the odd page here and there then an inkjet would make more sense.

    I gave up on inkjets.
If you print a lot it can cost a small fortune in ink.. if you only print occasionally, itll still cost a small fortune in ink as the fookin heads block & you'll have to buy some more ink again!
Thankfully Lexmark printers seem no more, as they were the worst.

    Thanks to josweet
